About The Landscape Design Center

Our crews are some of the hardest working, detail-oriented people you will ever meet. At The Landscape Design Center we cultivate a hardworking family mentality. You work hard, contribute to the team (family), you move forward, and we all move forward. This results in little turnover. Since everyone has worked together for so long, there is less re-training, and less room for errors. Jobs end up running smoother and more efficiently. It is a win-win for everyone.

Andrea – Founder and Senior Designer – Andrea has a background in horticulture and over 40 years of field experience with landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, and waterfront properties. Her organization skills help her clients keep their jobs on schedule and within budget!

Tom – Manager and Heavy Machinery Operator – In 1980, Tom Lockett brought knowledge of drainage, hardscapes, and machinery to the company. He continues using his trained eye to navigate complicated drainage jobs, overseeing job installations, and running larger equipment.

Ana – Chief Landscape Designer – Ana obtained her BA in Landscape Design and Management from The University of Maryland. In 2003, she became a fulltime employee at The Landscape Design Center. She enjoys getting to know clients and giving them innovative ideas. Her warm personality and passion give clients the comfort of knowing she will provide them up to date and personal ideas.

Isis – Chief accountant – Isis joined the company in 2015 and is a detailed oriented person. She organizes and runs the company’s payroll, provides our clients with concise, but detailed invoices, and itemizes administrative duties.
